How to Use Our Service

Step 1:Submit the reservation form ※Please note that we may not always be able to dispatch a driver exactly at your requested time. Our driver will send your estimated arrival time via Gmail or SNS message. 

Step 2: We confirm your booking.  

Step 3: Meet our driver at the pickup location.   Two of our drivers will arrive at your location. One will drive your car, and the other will follow. ※Upon arrival, we will contact you via message. If we cannot reach or find you within 15 minutes, we may have to leave the location. 

Step 4: Get Home Safely Just sit back and relax in your own passenger seat. We will drive you and your car safely to your destination (or military base gate)!

• NO US Dollars: We do not accept US Dollars. Cash payments must be in Japanese Yen.

• Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of ¥1,600 will be charged after the driver arrives at your location.

• Waiting Fee: Free for the first 5 minutes. After that, ¥1,000 will be charged every 10 minutes.

Southern Okinawa Island Area（Naha, Urasoe, and Itoman ）

are our main service areas, and we will pick you up as quickly as possible.

Central area of ​​Okinawa Main Island (Ginowan, Okinawa City, Chatan, Yomitan, Kadena, Uruma)

We operate within the central area , we often travel from Naha, please allow 30 to 60 minutes extra time when making a reservation.

Northern Area (Onna, Nago, Motobu, etc.)

Departures from the Southern and Central areas are possible.

For pick-ups from the Northern area, please inquire as it will require consultation.
